Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to set up your account, configure your calendar settings, and manage your billing information effectively.


Step 1: Fill Out Account Information (0:16)

  • Enter your email address correctly (e.g., AntonioMullins.insurance).
  • Use the default password: P123!
  • Click the "I" icon to view the password before signing in.

  • After signing in, choose to receive the two-factor authentication code via phone or email.

  • Click on the gear icon located at the bottom left of the screen to access settings.

  • Navigate to "Calendar Settings".
  • Click "Add Now" and connect your Google account.

Standard Operating Procedure: Managing Leads in CRM

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps for effectively managing leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely responses and appointment bookings.


1. Accessing the Conversations Tab (0:16)

Access Conversations Tab
  • Navigate to the Conversations tab in the CRM.
  • Click on All to view all messages.
  • Focus on the Unread section to track messages that require attention.

2. Responding to Unread Messages (1:04)

  • Clear the Unread section daily to maximize appointment bookings.
  • Respond to messages or mark them as read as appropriate.

3. Re-booking Appointments (1:45)

  • If a lead requests to reschedule:
    • Click on the Appointments icon (calendar).
    • Select Add Appointment.
    • Choose the correct time and verify the time zone.
    • Click Book Appointment.

  • Select the lead and update their status (e.g., Presentation No Sale, Sit No Show).
  • Click Update to save changes.
